by Burnrose on 12/08/2015We weren't comfortable with another ford dealership and their salesmen so we came to Ford Country. Our Salesman David was very open and honest with us. I feel I'm pretty good at seeing through people and we simply felt that we could trust… in his character. My son is also looking for a new vehicle for his new wife and we will definitely be returning to Ford Country with (ONLY) David as my sales representative for this and hopefully other future purchaces.Great employees

Upon test driving the Truck I found it did not have a couple options I needed due to my… health and age. The sales persons was very receptive to my needs, and made it his personal mission to find me the Truck to match my needs. After doing some searching, and going all the way to the back lot he found that perfect truck and we made a deal. I purchased a new 2015 Ford F-150 XLT 4X4. The service and staff were great, especially the sales person.Go see Brian!

by back2you on 11/18/2015I have known Chis Montana for over 25 years. Over that time, Chris, has sold me or family members over 12 automobiles. Chris is a trusted name in our family. So, when my Mercedes was totaled by the insurance, I did my due diligence and… followed up with several dealers in the Auto Mall. However, I saved Chris and Ford Country for last, as I knew I wouldn't leave without the best possible deal he/they could provide. Ford Country sold me a Ford Escape just two years ago, so I know the kind of services and reputation they have once you leave the lot with the car. Chris assign Tommy Coker as the salesperson. Great salesperson (even given the fact he is from Oklahoma). BTW, my wife is from Oklahoma and big Sooner fan. Excellent match. Thanks and I give Tommy an excellent rating for job well done. A process that used to take all day only took me maybe 2 hours, if that. The staff was and is amazing. Always will to… help you out. Always making sure that the buyer is comfortable with everything that is going on with the deal and takes the time to explain every single step and answers every and all questions. Will definitely be going back to Ford Country to purchase all my new cars from now on.Great customer service!

My sales representative (Tommy Coker) was a great help through the entire process of my purchasing… my first brand new vehicle. The Ford team worked diligently to find me the best deal. I would definitely recommend Ford to my friends and family!Very efficient staff. The facility was well stocked and comfortable.

by RLDJ1111 on 09/05/2015updated 10/31/2015I absolutely am positively satisfied with the service I received from Ford country.I purchased a Ford fiesta SE at Ford country which is my first car purchase by myself.I didn't know what to expect and once I received a call on my way back… to vegas from denver that I was approved for my ford fiesta,I was so happy because I just moved here from baltimore maryland 3 months ago and I have been taking public transportation back and forth to work.The day I went to pick up my ford fiesta the bus was late getting me to the next bus that would take me straight to Ford country.So instead of waiting,I walked from eastern all the way to valle Verde which is approximately close to 3 miles,before I stop at the closes bus stop to take that to the dealership.As soon as I sat down.Chad from Ford country called me to follow up with me as far as meeting up with him to pick up my new ford fiesta.I told him where I was and Chad came to pick me up in less than 10 minutes.I was very pleased about the service because I didn't expect chad to pick me up and he made a comment to me saying "I know you have to get to work on time, so we definetly want to take care of our family here at Ford country".I thought that was a good ownership statement.When we got to the dealership I was introduced to another gentlemen name dan I believe.If I am wrong ask Chad and he will know the other gentlemen I am referring to.But dan, if that's his name was very helpful and consistent as well.I have never brought a car before and I thought it would be a long drawn out process but it was really quick but informative at the same time, and I understood everything i was told and everything I signed up for.Before I knew it i was speaking with a nice woman in the finance dept I believe.I can't remember her name, but dan would know if that's his name and if not ask Chad.But she was also helpful and she made me understand the importance of investing in fords warranty.I was very pleased with each employee that welcomed me into my new Ford family.I could talk allday about them but to sum it all up.They all are keepers and I know for me personally I will go back to all 3 of them if I need assistance.They all deserve recognition for the service they provided. They were able to work in the options and extra accessories I wanted and saw to it that I was completely satisfied… with my purchase. At first both me and my sales rep thought we were looking at the 2015 Focus Titanium when it was actually the 2014 but was able to work out a deal with lowering my monthly in the end. I absolutely love the car and would totally refer my friends.Great services

When I showed up for my appointment, he pulled up with exactly what I was looking for, so… I didn't have to walk across the entire lot checking every single truck they have to see which one had everything I wanted. I would definitely recommend him and Ford Country to any and all friends and family. One thing that did strike me as a little odd...I leased a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat Sport with the FX4 package. It has all the bells and whistles which is perfect for what I was looking for. However, one thing that I was surprised to find out is that it doesn't have Xenon headlights. My expectations for a $61,000 vehicle would be to have H.I.D headlights. Not only because they look better, but also because they perform better when on the road. Illuminating the road with such a large vehicle would be more of a necessity rather than a want.Great service

Eric picked up on it right away and knowing he did not have to "sell" us the vehicle, he made sure we were totally aware of what we were getting and other options that we… could choose from as well.
