Raul was great! As helpful over the phone as he was in person and not pushy. Really went the extra mile to find what I wanted so I left with the exact car/model/features that I wanted and a huge smile on my face. Answered all of my sometimes repetitive questions and was completely accessible...still is. Thank you!
