I drove away with a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer. I have wanted this exact SUV for a long time. The service was amazing. A process that used to take all day only took me maybe 2 hours, if that. The staff was and is amazing. Always will to help you out. Always making sure that the buyer is comfortable with everything that is going on with the deal and takes the time to explain every single step and answers every and all questions.
