Ford Country

I absolutely am positively satisfied with the service I received from Ford country.I purchased a Ford fiesta SE at Ford country which is my first car purchase by myself.I didn't know what to expect and once I received a call on my way back to vegas from denver that I was approved for my ford fiesta,I was so happy because I just moved here from baltimore maryland 3 months ago and I have been taking public transportation back and forth to work.The day I went to pick up my ford fiesta the bus was late getting me to the next bus that would take me straight to Ford country.So instead of waiting,I walked from eastern all the way to valle Verde which is approximately close to 3 miles,before I stop at the closes bus stop to take that to the dealership.As soon as I sat down.Chad from Ford country called me to follow up with me as far as meeting up with him to pick up my new ford fiesta.I told him where I was and Chad came to pick me up in less than 10 minutes.I was very pleased about the service because I didn't expect chad to pick me up and he made a comment to me saying "I know you have to get to work on time, so we definetly want to take care of our family here at Ford country".I thought that was a good ownership statement.When we got to the dealership I was introduced to another gentlemen name dan I believe.If I am wrong ask Chad and he will know the other gentlemen I am referring to.But dan, if that's his name was very helpful and consistent as well.I have never brought a car before and I thought it would be a long drawn out process but it was really quick but informative at the same time, and I understood everything i was told and everything I signed up for.Before I knew it i was speaking with a nice woman in the finance dept I believe.I can't remember her name, but dan would know if that's his name and if not ask Chad.But she was also helpful and she made me understand the importance of investing in fords warranty.I was very pleased with each employee that welcomed me into my new Ford family.I could talk allday about them but to sum it all up.They all are keepers and I know for me personally I will go back to all 3 of them if I need assistance.They all deserve recognition for the service they provided.
