From first contact when Nathan called us after we enquired online, to stopping in for our first test drive, Nathan was professional, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. He knew all the details and features of the vehicles we looked at (which was very impressive) and most importantly, never made us feel like this was a transaction, but an experience. We found the perfect vehicle at a competitor dealership but were so set on working with Nathan that he found a way to get us the vehicle, and worked it down to be in our price range. We will recommend Nathan to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle and hope to work with him again!

    I traded my 2017 Encore in for this beautiful new 2024 Encore! I have been so happy with my Buick that i knew I wanted the same model! I went to several dealers but as soon as we met our salesperson, Maria, I knew I would buy from her! I found the perfect car on the lot, gave it a test drive and fell in love! Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome and they processed my sale quickly and efficiently. I am so happy that we stopped in last Saturday and I’m thrilled with my purchase!!     AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson, and especially Juanita, handled our entire experience with incredible dedication, positivity, and complete efficiency. Our car was serviced as soon as possible, and she went above and beyond to communicate with our warranty provider, ensure the parts were delivered in a timely manner, and help us to get our vehicle back in time for an important family event. She was amazing, and your company is fortunate to have her, as well as her competent and excellent team! Thank you for making sure our car repair was such an easy experience!     I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. I am from out of state and found a pickup I was interest in. We negotiate what I felt was a fair price. I flew into Las Vegas and was picked up at the airport by our salesman Paul who drove us to the dealership. The vehicle was washed and very clean. We were given plenty of time to look it over and ask questions. Paperwork and finance went pretty smooth. Upsales were offered and considered, but when I declined them there wasn't a lot of push back which I appreciated. The biggest thing that I was the most impressed with was they gave me a vehicle with a full tank of fuel. That was a very impressive "thank you for doing business with us" gesture. Overall I would buy another vehicle with them again.

    Took vehicle to get transmission fluid exchange. Was able to make an early appointment and got it back on time as promised. Vehicle was cleaned for pick up too. Service advisor was friendly and welcoming and asked if I had any other concerns.

  • Brakes

    I was told my brake pads needed replacement as well as my front rotors at an oil change visit. I made the visit four months later. They called and told me I needed all my rotors replaced. I was surprised I needed two rotors replaced but to replace all four seemed very abnormal so I asked if it was really necessary. They said ok maybe just the front. I didn’t get to see the rotors so I’m already suspicious and thinking they are trying to sell me on stuff I don’t need. Then they called back and said I needed a front motor mount replaced. It was $1000. I said I haven’t noticed vibration or clunking so I was gonna pass. Basically I went in thinking I might spend $1000 for brake pads but ended up getting the front rotors done and pads for $1600. But if I would have done all they wanted me to do I would have spent $4000. I just feel like they were trying to upscale me on everything. I lost my trust in them. I’ve been going there for 2.5 years and haven’t felt like that but the people there are all different and I can’t go there anymore. They lost my trust.

  • Poor service visit

    For being a first visit for a oil change and 90 day chec up it took 2 1/2 hours and when completed I was never told anything about the service. I was asked to sign in 2 places and my car was outside. You would think that you would get some feedback from a service advisor about the vehicle or asked if there was any questions. Very POOR handling of a first time visit. Will consider highly going to a different location for services.

    Auto Nation did not disappoint. We were in and out of there in a couple hours. Our sales person was so helpful. He made sure we understood all the new features in the car and followed up with us on the next day. We were please through the entire process.

    Took my car in for recall. Was helped by two people in the service department. They both had outstanding customer service. Ron S. is the one I dealt with most. Great personality. Waited in their lounge while the service was done. It was clean and comfortable. Car was done rather quickly. I will definitely return to this dealership for all of my GMC services.

  • Worst customer service ever!

    Bought my car through Autonation. Bought the extended warranty. Took my car to Autonation GMC on Friday, 8/4. I was told they would work on the car either Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Wednesday I called and talked to Ron the Service Advisor and he said they should start on the car tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday. I call Thursday to get an update, had to leave a message because they dont believe in answering the damn phones...no call back. Called Friday, left another message, no call back. Monday, call again in the morning, leave another message still no call back. So I drive out to the shop, talk to the Service Manager who promises me they will get to it the next day. The next day Ron magically calls and says they cant do anything I need to take it to Jeep. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GMC AUTONATION.
