I was told my brake pads needed replacement as well as my front rotors at an oil change visit. I made the visit four months later. They called and told me I needed all my rotors replaced. I was surprised I needed two rotors replaced but to replace all four seemed very abnormal so I asked if it was really necessary. They said ok maybe just the front. I didn’t get to see the rotors so I’m already suspicious and thinking they are trying to sell me on stuff I don’t need. Then they called back and said I needed a front motor mount replaced. It was $1000. I said I haven’t noticed vibration or clunking so I was gonna pass. Basically I went in thinking I might spend $1000 for brake pads but ended up getting the front rotors done and pads for $1600. But if I would have done all they wanted me to do I would have spent $4000. I just feel like they were trying to upscale me on everything. I lost my trust in them. I’ve been going there for 2.5 years and haven’t felt like that but the people there are all different and I can’t go there anymore. They lost my trust.
