    Very disappointed in H&H Service Department & Service Manager Brad Krumme, supposed to receive a Tire Rotation with oil change, H&H Technician failed to do rotation, when confronted Service Advisor was informed to bring my vehicle back the next day, made the 2nd trip out to H&H the next day & the rotation was performed, Service Advisor who was very helpful informed me that Service Manager Brad Krumme would reach out to me with a phone call, never received said call, must not want my business!

    Randy and Ronnell provided 1st Class service! Brought my truck in for an oil leak and Randy found the problem away. Randy also made a video to show me the problem and recommended some needed preventative maintenance. I appreciate his thoroughness and care to keep my truck in peak shape. Ronell’s communication with me was top notch and he provided a detailed summary of the maintenance provided. Both were fantastic and I appreciate their work, and professionalism. Will definitely come back to H&H for any future maintenance or to buy a new vehicle thanks to those two.

  • Bought A Maintenance Package it EXPIRED. NO NOTICE

    Had 3 oil changes in a maintenance package. My last trip where I spent $1,800.00. Nobody bothered to tell me what I paid for had an expiration date. They honored one of the 3 oil changes I had left, no tire rotation or notification on anything else. I will not be buying my next Silverado High Country at this dealership.

    After 2 weeks of H&H having my car and not calling me I was told to fix it would cost 7,000. The next day I was told 12,000. The only thing they did was a simple compression test. Needless to say I pulled my car from there.

    We scheduled an appointment due to a recall. We also asked for a valuation (for trade in).We expected and were told it would just be a few hours. We got there and were told it would be about 4 days. No part was order. I mentioned our dissatisfaction to the rep who contacted me later wanting to know if we would like to schedule a new appointment for the valuation. We were then told it is procedure to have the client in for the first appointment to pay for the necessary parts and schedule a second appointment for repair. Problem with this is, it was for a recall, the person I scheduled with knew that, we shouldn’t have had to pay anything. No, we will not need a valuation from you. We have not been happy with past experiences here and this was the last chance. We are planning to buy a new car soon. Anywhere but here. Click

    Have had past issues with my Impala and Josh E has been extremely helpful in listening to my concerns and willing to spend the time to fix the issue, The issues with the vehicle were not caused by the dealership, but a third party for parts. I appreciate Josh and his team taking the time to look into my concerns.

    I didn't have an appt and they got me in and out right away and didn't make it feel like I was an inconvenience. Matt Sleddens always does a great job communicating about my service.

    How friendly and easy it was with my appointment. In and out in a good amount of time. Only had oil change done it's free with purchase of my wife's new vehicle.

    Had an issue with our 2014 Equinox that needed repaired as soon as possible. Our service manager got us in he same day. Didn't even need to bring the car in til later when the parts were at hand. In and out in a flash, despite the fact that they were having a very busy day! Awesome care!

    Work was done quickly and of good quality. Estimated time was how long it took. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Really appreciated getting a loaner vehicle while ours was being worked on. Thank you!

    I always have a great experience from H & H Cheverolet's Service Department. Alway prompt with answers to my questions and with their service. Dan Hamilton is a great asset to the service department with his prompt, friendly service!

    This time I had to bring my car in for a recall and Dan helped me again he was very nice so far all your employees are very patient and helpful I love driving the new 2015 Malibu it was a one day loaner car it was great

    I went into the dealership to get an oil change. I had great customer service and the wait time did not exceed one hour which was fantastic.

    The one tire that was bad required replacement and on that Saturday they Yom was unable to contact the Goodyear Assurance claims. He said he would call on Monday. Unfortunately Tom got sick on Monday and Tuesday. So when I contacted the service department and spoke with Dan, he helped me the best he could and was able to get me in the next day. I am very happy with the service from both Tom and Dan.
