The one tire that was bad required replacement and on that Saturday they Yom was unable to contact the Goodyear Assurance claims. He said he would call on Monday. Unfortunately Tom got sick on Monday and Tuesday. So when I contacted the service department and spoke with Dan, he helped me the best he could and was able to get me in the next day. I am very happy with the service from both Tom and Dan.
