I had been shopping for a BMW X5 for quite some time. Don Vance ended up posting the perfect vehicle at an excellent price. I reached out to Todd Warfel and he was outstanding to work with. Early on he explained that he was going to be off… for 3 days (due to a family event that he was attending) and I was able to get money down and hold the vehicle until he got back. Sounds easy enough except I am in Minnesota and I had a different X5 that I was trying to purchase in PA where the salesperson did not do what they were supposed to and instead the vehicle was sold elsewhere. Other dealers online like to hide their mandatory upcharges and upgrades that nobody really wants just to fatten the bottom line. It means a lot to me that a person is true to their word and follows through! The paperwork went simple enough and I would definitely give Todd a 5 star rating!

by H.Johnson on 08/26/2019After speaking to a salesman who thought they would be able to get close to my $9k asking trade price, I show up after taking off work early only to be told the trade value was $3k. This was after I had sent detailed pictures, VIN and went… through the pre-approval process. I feel this was merely a way to get me in the door, with the hope I was going to let them bend me over on broken promises! There was no offer to reconcile this deal in any way.Cathy Jones and Don Vance Auto Group are an unbeatable combination !!

In the past, I had bought two other cars from Cathy Jones and was happy with her help and so I naturally went back to her for my 3rd Ford.… I was once again, delighted with her help. Since I was stranded and needed a ride to the dealership, she offered to work on transportation, but I was able to make arrangements for a ride. Over the phone, while I was waiting for my ride, she coached me how to use the Don Vance Auto Group website. With her help, I used the website to get pre-approved and pick out the car i wanted. When I got to the dealership, Cathy had my new 2018 Ford Fiesta SE, gassed up, washed and waiting for me at the door. I was so happy !! She had everything ready ! The actual paperwork process with Eric was a breeze. Don Vance has it streamlined so the actual nuts and bolts of the loan goes quickly and efficiently and Eric made sure to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Unexpectedly having to buy a new car is stressful, but Cathy, Eric and Don Vance Auto Group turned that into an awesome experience so I could enjoy my beautiful new car. I am grateful and I love my new car : )
