Don Vance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had been shopping for a BMW X5 for quite some time. Don Vance ended up posting the perfect vehicle at an excellent price. I reached out to Todd Warfel and he was outstanding to work with. Early on he explained that he was going to be off for 3 days (due to a family event that he was attending) and I was able to get money down and hold the vehicle until he got back. Sounds easy enough except I am in Minnesota and I had a different X5 that I was trying to purchase in PA where the salesperson did not do what they were supposed to and instead the vehicle was sold elsewhere. Other dealers online like to hide their mandatory upcharges and upgrades that nobody really wants just to fatten the bottom line. It means a lot to me that a person is true to their word and follows through! The paperwork went simple enough and I would definitely give Todd a 5 star rating!
