    I brought my truck in because the Tcm module went out. The day after I picked it up def system screwed up like all 2011 silverado and I need a new def tank. I have 88000 miles on this vehicle and this was s the fourth time something has broke. As far as your service you guys have been great. As a chevy dealership you should voice the complaints of your customers to gm. It is ridiculous the problems I have had with this chevy.

    A Completely Satisfied customer! The team at Sapaugh are absolutely the BEST and most AMAZING crew ever! The service department has a new director. Mr. David Walker. Dave understands what a true customer experience is all about. Dave makes sure that things always run smoothly and always is putting the customer ahead of his own agenda. Another tip of the cap goes to Mr. Daniel Francis. Dan is a true World Class technician who understands todays automobile. Dan is a true professional in every sense. General Motors and the Saint Louis area are trully blessed to have Sapaugh and their fine team of true professionals.

    I brought my car in for a warranty repair. I hadn't bought my car or serviced it at Sapaugh but Zach took care of me and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of!

    Great experience as always! The service received is trully that...SERVICE! I appreciate the the way that Iam always treated like family. I notice that Sapaugh always treats its customers like a Maharaja! First Class! A special tip of the cap goes out to Joe Clemens. Joe runs a First Class Dealership and always treats the customer like he would like to be treated. The employees enjoy what they do and it is easy to understand why the motto is "Everyone Leaves Happy"

    My entire experience with the service department at Sapaugh was most certainly a most pleasant one! As always, Sapaugh's staff is the BEST anywhere. I would never trust my car to anyone else. Mr. Dan Francis demonstates why he has achieved the most highly coveted World Class status! Mr. Francis always gives every vehicle the highest quality of care. Mr. Francis is a true professional. I also had the great opportunity in working with Zach Vernon when I arrived. He greated me with enthusiasm and courtesy. Zach kept me informed every step of the way.     My car was hit and was in the body shop. Every single person was amazing and helpful. I feel as if Shane really went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience. Brittany was also quite helpful when Shane was unavailable. I did not originally purchase my Traverse from Sapaugh (another dealership is closer to my house in Arnold). However, based on this experience, I will ONLY be dealing with Sapaugh for all my auto needs. My son just recently purchased his first car and we did that at Sapaugh and are very glad we have switched. I have so much more wonderful things to say, [contact info removed].

    they always accommodate my needs and go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied. Anyone is crazy if they don't go to sapaugh for their vehicle needs.

    This was my first time every buying a brand new car. Sara and Beth made it the best experience ever. I was not there all day long like most people. They were very helpful and pleasant. They were very encouraging in letting me know what i need to do to improve things. Instead of looking down on a person they treated me like i was a millionaire. This was for sure the best experience i have had. If i ever decide to go back for another vehicle it will only be with sapaugh and beth and sara for sure.

    had a problem with car heater not getting hot, the mechanic couldn't find any problem no code. after talking to the service manager jeff had the mechanic to put a thermostat in it and that fixed it .Thank you very much you made my wife very Happy.

    I have always had excellent service from Sapaugh and always tell my family and friends to go to your dealership for service. The only complaint I have about this visit is my car did not get washed. I bring all three if my Chevy's there for repairs and this is the first time I left without the car being cleaned.

    The service manager Jeff Johnson and our salesman Tom Christopher have made our experience worth the extra money for extended warranty and the trip to Sapaugh to buy our third vehicle. I tell all my friends and family about the quality and service from them two guys. Tom even goes above and beyond to asked about my sister with cancer. Thanks again Tom and Jeff.

    Salesman Gary Nestor was very knowledgeable about all aspects the vehicle and of its purchase. Also very courteous and friendly. He made several follow-up phone calls to me after the sale. I would tell my friends to ask for Gary when and if they are in the market for a new GMC vehicle.
