by johngar on 06/22/2016We are from South Dakota and were traveling thru Willmar on our way up to Big Lake, MN to spend time with our daughter for Father's Day weekend. While putting in gas at a local station in Willmar, I noticed a small bulge on my left rear… tire on my 2015 Ford Mustang GT. We immediately headed to Mills Ford Chrysler in Willmar on a Saturday afternoon to have the tire replaced. The service attendant there checked to see if she had the correct size tire which is a Pirelli 265/35 ZR 20 tire. They did not have this unusual tire in stock and neighboring tire stores did not have this tire in stock either. At this point it looked like we would be staying in Willmar for the weekend and possibly some days next week waiting for a replacement tire to arrive (as the Mustang does not come with a spare tire-only a tire kit) so I asked her if they had a vehicle on the lot where they could remove the tire and put it on our vehicle. They did have a new 2016 Ford Mustang GT on their showroom floor which they removed the tire from and put it on our vehicle. As a result of their willingness to work with us, we were on our way and made it to Big Lake and were able to spend an enjoyable weekend with our daughter and her boyfriend. Needless to say, we are very pleased with staff and management at Mills Ford Chrysler in Willmar.Perfect visit

Upon arrival, the Service personnel took my information and asked appropriate info to assure we both had an understanding of the service to be completed. They determined that the repair… may take up to a weeks time depending on parts on hand or not. At that point, they made the arrangements for the loaner car (which was a 2015 Ford). Upon completion of the repair a few days later, they called and stated it was ready to pick up. Thank you very much for the handling of the repair.New key for new car, covered by car dealer.

Mills did a good job, providing me with an excellent loaner. Chrysler, not so much. Seems a water pump for a 2008 car should… not be so hard to find. Good job, Mills, not so much, Chrysler. He then made sure every concern was addressed and the vehicle was returned spotless and fully serviced. They even cleaned the floor mats! It… looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Tommy always goes the extra mile. I always recommend people talk to him if they are looking for a vehicle.Great Service
