Chrysler Parts Support (or lack thereof)

My 2008 Sebring needed a new water pump. The car was in the shop for a week due to lack of parts availability. Mills did a good job, providing me with an excellent loaner. Chrysler, not so much. Seems a water pump for a 2008 car should not be so hard to find. Good job, Mills, not so much, Chrysler. Thanks.
