onI was completely satisfied with the Service received. Upon arrival, the Service personnel took my information and asked appropriate info to assure we both had an understanding of the service to be completed. They determined that the repair may take up to a weeks time depending on parts on hand or not. At that point, they made the arrangements for the loaner car (which was a 2015 Ford). Upon completion of the repair a few days later, they called and stated it was ready to pick up. Thank you very much for the handling of the repair.
