Vehicle wrap
by Bh122478 on 09/27/2024Miller technicians were great but the people who do the vehicle wrap are not. I paid a fair amount for the wrap and when I had bubbles and problems they didn’t want and did not take care of some of it. They were not going to replace hood… wrap that had dirt under it telling me that it’s not a guaranteed dirt free environment. This is a joke why would I have paid to have dirt trapped under the wrap? Do they tell people who buy Corvettes the same thing? They eventually decided to change it but refused to take care of the tears on the bumber. They claim it was an impact damage but truth is it was a kids toy that hit it and for it to tear like it did is a joke. Refusal to fix it is a disgusting. I paid good money and feel that I was scammed and will never make this mistake again and will encourage others to do the same. Funny thing is my mom purchases a new GMC i. December and had similar issues earlier this summer and GMC replaced it no problem or questions asked. I guess next time it might be worth buying a GMC instead of a Chevy because they obviously have a more respectable Endor they use.Miller Chevrolet who should I reach out to? If I reach out to the service technician they will just schedule another appointment and the bumper wrap won’t be taken care of again. Since I already took this approach and it was denied I need to discuss this with someone who has some authority to provide me the help I need.

Adaptive cruise control
by MGEngst on 03/05/2024Took my car to get the service cruise control lights fixed. I agreed to the initial quote of 800+ dollars but then of course they came back to me with an increase of 2600 dollars due to have to replace a few more parts. They called me and… told me the job was complete so I paid the bill of $3400 and when I started the car the same error was shown on the dash. I drove the car right back into the service shop. They called me the next day and tried to tell me I needed a new front camera for another 1500 dollars, I said no, fix it. Of course the next day they called me and it was all ready to go and no new camera was needed. Also I looked up the parts that were replaced online and of course they are half the price from reputable websites including GM's parts website. The reason why I don't feel satisfied is I don't believe they tried to troubleshoot and fix the problem, only replace the parts. There was no evidence shown that the parts where actually tested and found to be unrepairable. Just rip all component related to the cruise control and replace them, costing me $3400. I'm very suspicious that one of the more expensive parts that was replaced didn't need to be, but I'll never know because that info was not provided and the part is trashed.Hello, thank you for leaving us feedback. by Mitchell on 12/12/2018Went there for what I thought was a bead leak, it turned out to be a rock in the tire that they said was not fixable, they were able to get a new tire the next day and put it on my truck. The only bad thing I could say is whenever we bring… my wife's truck in for service the ford dealer always runs it thru the car wash before returning it, which is a nice touch.Thank you for the great feedback, Mitchell! Won't fully know my satisfaction level until after I've driven the vehicle for some time. However, upon driving it off the lot, the new brakes… felt good, no noise, etc.Got me back running!

My Concerns Mattered

We had to bring the car in on 2 occasions to get the work performed on the vehicle. In 1933, John Miller founded the first family-owned car dealership in St. Cloud. Miller sold some of the first classic cars ever built -- Packards and Edsels. He was so successful that at one point, he was the number one seller of Packards in the country. A new brand shortly entered the dealership just decades later: Pontiacs. Tom Miller, John's son, joined the team in 1966. It was only a few years later when Tom opened up a second Chevrolet dealership in ROGERS in 1988.
As the business grew, the location moved from County Road 81 to Interstate 94 five years later in 1993. That's when 3rd generation Mike Miller took over the Chevy dealership. It is now twenty years later, and the business is as strong as ever. In fact, a majority of the employees here are over 15-year veterans! Since the beginning, Miller Chevrolet has kept family values a number one priority. This is why the team has remained strong in community involvement over the years.
