I waited in the lobby for what I thought would be a minor repair. As soon as it looked like it would take more time, Dean Nelson came up to let me know it would take longer. He also kept me informed of the repairs being done, time frames and costs. The fact that Dean kept me in the loop on what was happening was very reassuring. Thanks Dean.
