    Chad and Cassie along with the mechanic that worked on my truck (didn't get his name) were very helpful. They took care of me and my truck. Chad and the mechanic took the time to explain to me everything that was going on and what they had done to repair it. They were very open and honest and I appreciate that. Thanks.

    I was treated with kindnesses, courtesy and respect. I felt as if I was truly cared about as a person, and not looked at as a "sale." This is a great place to purchase a car?

    The service people are very conscientious about our vehicles & listen to our descriptions/concerns. Note: On one afternoon, I came to pick up my vehicle & the cashier window spent over 20 minutes trying to locate my keys. I was told the keys were eventually located with the mechanic, but shouldn't they have the keys at the cashier window with the paperwork before I am called to pick up the vehicle? Just food for thought...

    The mechanic's attention to detail was very good. He manages to find a puncture in my tire that another shop could not find. The staff was very good about keeping me in the loop when it came to the repairs necessary and the process of getting them done. All total everyone did a fantastic job during a hectic work day in the shop.

    The only issue I had was, I had a question about dropping off my car, I sat on hold for 13 minutes, approx every 4 min, I would be sent back to the original line and had to keep selecting "service" and thrown back into the waiting pool

    When ever I need service I know Lupient will fit me in at my request and always goes the extra mile. By that I mean they always take care of extras I never think of.

    I came in on Thursday afternoon without an appointment with a severely low rear tire to where we found out later it that had two nails in it. The dealership gladly took me in, and replaced my tire as I waited and did work up in the lounge for a couple hours. Really saved me. Thanks.

    My only complaint is my car wasn't detailed that well, the only thing that was done was it was vacumed.

    Great experience. I really appreciate the transparencey and timeliness of the advice that I received from A.C (service advisor). Dealers get an unfair rap of being expensive, but I found the tire pricing to be very competitive. With top notch service, there's no reason to take my service elsewhere. As a side note, I had my 2008 Malibu at another dealership (non-GM) for a simple oil change and they didn't even comment on how poor the tire condition was. I'm glad Lupient took the time to truly examine the tire and find it was on it's last days. It's a small thing, but something I value.

    Chad and Cassie have taken really good care of me the past couple of times I have been in. They are both very helpful, and also personable, which really helps these days...nobody likes to go into a place and have them act like you're not even there, and these guys never do that. They are very respectful & courteous, always have the answer to my problem and fix it right away. They just seem like all-around good people. They are friendly and they LISTEN to me. They take the time to explain things to me - they are both just really excellent people to work with. Cassie is like my go-to girl at Lupient, and I consider her your most valuable employee from my point of view! I have worked with her many times over the past 3 years and she is absolutely awesome. I couldn't ask for anyone better than her. She is always willing to answer questions I have about my car - sometimes I ask her things by email and she gets right back to me, and takes the time to explain things thoroughly and in a way that I understand. I have really learned a lot from her. She is always patient and friendly which I appreciate, because they get pretty busy down there in the service department! When it was time for me to buy a new car instead of repair the old one, she steered me to the also very awesome salesman, Jim Steffen, who I was very pleased with and will talk to again when its time to trade it in next year probably. I am very pleased with everyone at Lupient-Bloomington and as long as you guys keep it up, you have a customer for life. Seriously. So thank you for that!

    When I scheduled my appointment for the recall notice, it would have been good to know both keys were needed. I was told it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs, dropped it 7am but could not pick up until after 1pm. A call would have been nice rather than me calling a few times for status.

    Starting with my first phone call with the Sales Manager, Bryce, my experience at Lupient Chevrolet was first-class! Bryce connected me with my Sales Associate Justin, and Justin was absolutely great. He called me and made everything simple over the phone, set an appointment for later in the afternoon, and he answered my calls and took scanned documents about ten times before we met in-person that day! Justin was ready for my arrival, had the car ready, keys in my hands within a minute of my arrival and he gave a great mini-tour of the interior. We went inside to see Mike in Finance, and Mike couldn't have been better, either. I have bought MANY cars throughout the years and these guys have an excellent approach to Customer Service and a real camaraderie amongst themselves that made the place feel comfortable and honorable. Justin also was great going through OnStar and explaining other things about the my new Cruze, and he's already written to me this morning to congratulate me again and make sure I call him directly about anything. This is a formula that sustains and grows business anywhere, but you have to have the right people and Lupient does. I am so grateful! Thanks for making my new car purchase so easy and such a pleasure!!

    My 2014 Malibu was issued a recall. I needed an oil change and asked that the recall could be taken care of at the same time. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take about two hours. I waited for my car and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to drive away in my now-serviced and no longer recalled Malibu in less than an hour.

    I called made an appointment on the recall on my Chevrolet Cobalt and was scheduled right away and they were very friendly and even offered me a ride to my job a few blocks away after dropping my car off. Great Job

    Todd was friendly, fast, accurate. Since we rarely need work on our Volt, it was nice to get this kind of attention. It's been over a year since we have been out. You should have a car's an coffee event of Volt owners because I know you have sold a lot of them and we would love to help you promote our favorite car.

    The transmission problem rendered our vehicle unusable on a Friday evening. We were visiting from Canada. Saturday, upon confirming that the repair would take some time, we were provided with a new courtesy car by Lupient Chevrolet. You ensured we were kept regularly informed about expected timeline and progress. Our repaired vehicle was available early Tuesday afternoon. Thank-you for a job well done for a customer who cannot offer repeat business because of our extended distance from your dealership.
