    Mark in the body shop was awesome, he made it so convenient and easy to fix my car. And Chad in the service dept was great and made sure i got the right parts and very fast. Both great guys. I have had quite a few not so great experiences with the service dept there and quit coming there but after working with Sonja in sales and these 2 great guys I will probably do alot more business there.

    Went in suspecting that I needed battery replaced (clock kept losing time) and also been having problem with steering wheel not connecting as tightly with front wheels as it always has. Battery replaced, plus new wipers and new filter, but they could not duplicate the steering problem.

    Every time I've dealt with Lupient in the last three years (since I purchased my first-ever Chevy), I've been happy with the service and professionalism. The service staff is courteous and efficient and I've been very pleased.

    Dropped truck off at service Monday AM and expected completion by Tuesday PM. Got called Tuesday AM that service was completed and ready. They sent courtesy shuttle to bring me back to dealership to get my truck. Service adviser explained all the work completed (3 recall notices plus oil change and tire rotation). Very friendly staff and very helpful.

    It was a long wait. The service person however, kept me up to date and I was able to get through it - waiting and working on my laptop. Couldn't ask for more.

    I had my Equinox in for both body work and service work. Cassie S. was great in keeping me informed of the work being done with service and fixing my car. Khue V. was awesome in getting some body work done, and they worked together to make is as easy and quick as possible for me--excellent Job!!

    Our new car salesman was Justin. He was great to work with and made what we have in the past found to be a terrible experience (buying a new car) a positive experience. He did such a great job, what an asset to your company. We found the dealership to be clean and modern, filled with knowledgeable, professional people - from sales to service, and finance. It was Mike who assisted us with the finance. He was also great, helping us choose the options that were best for our situation. Everyone was friendly, and we were greeted as well by the sales manager. There was nothing "pushy" about our experience, which would have sent us out the door. We will definitely recommend Lupient to our friends, family, and co-workers. Thanks guys! - Mary Mc

    The staff was very helpful in the entire process. I felt like they were at my side to help me get the best deal. Mike in the financing department went above and beyond to get me the best possible financing plan. All of my future vehicles will be from this dealer.

    I recently purchased an Equinox from Nick at this dealership. I must say that he new the vehicle quit well eventhough I thought I educated myself enough, he was still able to point out additional reasons why this vehicle was right for me. I got a pretty good value for my trade and financing was a breeze. Thanks for the new ride! I highly recommend this dealership!     After going to 6 dealers this was the best. Sells most Volts in area and gave me best deal and spent a lot of time with us.

    The work seems to be done correctly & promptly. But I wish someone would teach your service managers the basic customer service rule of always acknowledging anyone who comes into your area. I had service managers walk past me without saying a word. Two other service managers were in the midst of projects, but all they had to do was look at me, nod or make some other sign of recognition & keep on with their work. I am not invisible. Acknowledge me.

    Very enjoyable experience working with Sonja in arriving at the car we wanted and at a reasonable price. We've never "ordered" a new car, but getting exactly what we wanted was worth the wait.

    It makes it very easy to be able to drop my car off early in the morning, have the shuttle take me to work, and pick my finished car up at the end of the day. Someone always calls to tell me when my car is finished, what was done and how much it cost and checks to see if I need a ride back.

About our dealership
