    Took vehicle in to check engine light. Needs a part, but they needed to order it. I will get priority scheduling for return visit.

    Scott Muellner was helpful and respectful when I brought my car in for a software update. He let me know how long it would take and answered all my questions. Great service.

    Good environment, friendly and clean. My only concern was the tv channel on the floor - tuned to Fox 'news'. Maybe customers picked it, but it would be great if someone checked it and put on a legit station regularly.

    I was experiencing a high pitched noise that came when vehicle was warm and idling. I mentioned to tech when new tires were put on but didn’t locate and was told to come back if worsened. I did several weeks later. When arriving at the dealership I asked Mike Hendrickson to listen as the car was warm He went out and turned the car on and lifted the hood and pulled the oil stick out and noise went away and when putting back in came back on. Said he was most likely the breather box needing replacement and explained why the sound but the technician would need to confirm the noise. Mike came back in a short period of time to confirm and give me a quote on the work. Mike also gave me a discount of 10% which is always welcomed. Mike is polite, listens to customer and just pleasant to work with as I have had him on several occasions. Hoping for many more miles and years driving my Volvo.

    One of the thing I love the most is the car service experience. Mike Hendrickson, the guy who checked us in, coordinate and manage the E2E service appointment is just super awesome. We don’t have to worry about getting too much or too little done. We just need to what is necessary to keep the car perfect. Great job, Mike! Mike is just plain professional which makes him super extraordinary.
