Lindsay did a great job of fulfilling her commitments and thoroughly checked us out on systems of our new RAV4 hybrid, which are somewhat complex. Very happy!

by SteveHr on 08/15/2017Mike Ivey greeted me right away, figured out who I was from a glance at the VIN, and determined the car needed a 30,000 service routine. He told me where the coffee was. This was at 6:10 in the morning. He was more awake than me. Finished… under an hour, washed and on my way.Quick in and out. Appreciate the night time appointments

Service agent, Shane Lee, did a great job keeping me up to date and explaining my options. Popcorn wasn't bad. ;-) I appreciate the… ability to have late evening appointments like this. It will definitely encourage me to use IGT for future service.Great experience

Very happy to provide a diagnostic visit without cost...the free flower and car wash are… over the top!!1st service on new vehicle

by Bryan on 05/10/2017Greg gurewtz told me to get my hands off a truck on the lot. He asked is that yours I said I would like it to be. Followed by you can't I asked why I was being judged. He replied truck is not available to you. Most sales would try and put… you in the truck versus push u away. He then followed by degrading comments. Never again will I step foot on the property. I will drive 50 miles out of the way to spend money else where!!!Great experience

I stopped in for regular service one weekend on my Sequoia and decided to walk around the lot looking for any slightly used Tundras for sale (they had one listed on their website).… After not finding any, I walked back in and was greeted by Perry asking me what he could help me find. I mentioned I was looking for a used tundra to look at and test drive and he knew right away he didn't have any available, but was able to check for any they had purchased at auction the day before. He had one from that auction that met my needs and put a hold on it for me so I could get first crack at it when it arrived. When I stopped back the next weekend, he mentioned a second Tundra had arrived and I ended up purchasing that one as it was a better vehicle (condition, less miles, etc.) After a short negotiation on price for the vehicle and trade-in, we came to an agreement and finished it with a handshake. He quickly (while also helping someone else purchase at the same time) got me going to financing/paperwork and was able to get me out the door in my new vehicle. He even tracked down the second set of keys for me since I didn't get them at the time of purchase. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was the detailing of the vehicle by service, but it was still really good. Pricing was mostly competitive. Thank you again! We will definitely be back when the wife starts looking for her replacement vehicle.I can't recommend Inver Grove Toyota

It's obvious that their internet business exists only to draw customers into the… dealership where they can ply the usual car salesperson tactics; take a test drive, would you like to lease, what options do you want, oh you can't afford this model, maybe you can afford xyz, I'll have to talk to the sales manager about your offer. Inver Grove Toyota gives a very bad name to internet sales!Very Pleased
