Inver Grove Toyota

Overall I had a great experience at Inver Grove Toyota. I stopped in for regular service one weekend on my Sequoia and decided to walk around the lot looking for any slightly used Tundras for sale (they had one listed on their website). After not finding any, I walked back in and was greeted by Perry asking me what he could help me find. I mentioned I was looking for a used tundra to look at and test drive and he knew right away he didn't have any available, but was able to check for any they had purchased at auction the day before. He had one from that auction that met my needs and put a hold on it for me so I could get first crack at it when it arrived. When I stopped back the next weekend, he mentioned a second Tundra had arrived and I ended up purchasing that one as it was a better vehicle (condition, less miles, etc.) After a short negotiation on price for the vehicle and trade-in, we came to an agreement and finished it with a handshake. He quickly (while also helping someone else purchase at the same time) got me going to financing/paperwork and was able to get me out the door in my new vehicle. He even tracked down the second set of keys for me since I didn't get them at the time of purchase. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was the detailing of the vehicle by service, but it was still really good. Pricing was mostly competitive. Thank you again! We will definitely be back when the wife starts looking for her replacement vehicle.
