Inver Grove Toyota

What I wanted was their best bottom line price on a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. What I got was just a MSRP. I was very disappointed in their response. It's obvious that their internet business exists only to draw customers into the dealership where they can ply the usual car salesperson tactics; take a test drive, would you like to lease, what options do you want, oh you can't afford this model, maybe you can afford xyz, I'll have to talk to the sales manager about your offer. Inver Grove Toyota gives a very bad name to internet sales!
