Understanding if there is an issue with your car and will help you solve your problem as best as… they are able. I recommended this dealership to anyone that is interested in buying a new or used Vehicle. I didn't like Chad's abruptness, grabbing the sheet right from under me as I was signing the purchase… agreement and rushing it off tot he finance office. He didn't even say congratulation. However, Harry Brown did say congratulations. Again, I'd recommend my friends and family to Jake if they wanted to buy a car.Great Purchase

I wasn't impressed with the level of service and sales until I arrived at Harry Brown's. Dick was very courteous and… interested in my specific needs. Most of all, they were more than willing to work with me. I didn't need any financing and I was a serious buyer. The other dealerships could care less. I greatly appreciate the way I was treated. Carson was fabulous letting us try out the different cars we were interested in and then when deciding on which one moving… that process along. He still had time to give me the bumper to bumper explanation of what the car had to offer and how to use it. I left there feeling that all my questions were answered and if I had one come up that it would be no problem calling him and asking him or stopping in. Thanks for the wonderful treatment myself and my family received.Awesome purchasing experience

Any question was answered with valued responses. The only parts I was dissappointed in was the unwillingness… to budge on trade in value for a vehicle and they sent me away with a new vehicle and an empty gas tank. I was displeased with that after spending a large amount of money on a vehicle that they would not make the minimal effort to atleast send you away with a full tank. by zeepunk on 09/19/2013updated 07/27/2025I recently purchased this vehicle from Scott C. at Harry Browns. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated by the sales force. I was looking for a vehicle to pull our pop-up camper on an extended trip we were planning… and this vehicle filled the bill admirably. Although we did encounter a "situation" with a check engine light 2 hours into the trip. It got worse when the dealership we had stopped at and had a diagnostic run. It came back that the fan clutch was going out, at a replacement cost of 900.00 plus. Since we had had the vehicle for only 2 weeks I immediately called Scott who took the info and said he would call me back as quick as he could. And he did! After another conversation with a Harry Browns rep. I got a call back saying it wasn't covered under the 30 day warranty, BUT they would take care of it. I was very, very happy. The car was soon fixed and we were on our way. I was unsure of purchasing the vehicle beforehand but after the way the folks at Harrys treated me all the way through the process and the problems I would do it again. Scott and the other members of the sales team were top notch and, actually, very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating to a first time in a long time customer.
