The sales process was smooth. I had dealt with Mike H. and Dale C. They were very informative on the vehicle that I had purchased. Any question was answered with valued responses. The only parts I was dissappointed in was the unwillingness to budge on trade in value for a vehicle and they sent me away with a new vehicle and an empty gas tank. I was displeased with that after spending a large amount of money on a vehicle that they would not make the minimal effort to atleast send you away with a full tank. Overall I am happy with the team at Harry Browns.
