Dealership Sales Review
I recently purchased this vehicle from Scott C. at Harry Browns. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated by the sales force. I was looking for a vehicle to pull our pop-up camper on an extended trip we were planning and this vehicle filled the bill admirably. Although we did encounter a "situation" with a check engine light 2 hours into the trip. It got worse when the dealership we had stopped at and had a diagnostic run. It came back that the fan clutch was going out, at a replacement cost of 900.00 plus. Since we had had the vehicle for only 2 weeks I immediately called Scott who took the info and said he would call me back as quick as he could. And he did! After another conversation with a Harry Browns rep. I got a call back saying it wasn't covered under the 30 day warranty, BUT they would take care of it. I was very, very happy. The car was soon fixed and we were on our way. I was unsure of purchasing the vehicle beforehand but after the way the folks at Harrys treated me all the way through the process and the problems I would do it again. Scott and the other members of the sales team were top notch and, actually, very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating to a first time in a long time customer.
