Jake created a very good impression on my initial visit to Harry Browns. My uncle, a very astute car driver, was impressed by Jake also. I didn't like Chad's abruptness, grabbing the sheet right from under me as I was signing the purchase agreement and rushing it off tot he finance office. He didn't even say congratulation. However, Harry Brown did say congratulations. Again, I'd recommend my friends and family to Jake if they wanted to buy a car.
