by Deborah on 03/31/2023Chris was fabulous from the moment I talked with him on the phone about the vehicle, until the minute I drive off the dealership lot with my new convertible! He’s an outstanding sales person, strike that, he’s simply an outstanding PERSON,… which makes him naturally a superb sales person. He’s as good as it gets. No pressure, trustworthy and informative. He takes time to build a “sincere” relationship with the customer. That’s a rare find these days. I honestly felt like I was working with my brother making this fairly large purchase. Also, Michael in Finance was wonderful to work with as was Nicole who helped me out with the technical aspects of the BMW, etc. I have worked with more dealerships then I can recall over many years and have never has such a positive and fun buying experience. Ever. I’ve already told 3 people about the wonders of Chris at Fox BMW! Custom Order X3 M40i
by Ronnie on 01/03/2022I was drawn to BMW of Traverse City because I found a 2022 X3 M40i in stock. I called the dealership spoke with Chris Pratt and learned the vehicle did not have the options I wanted. Chris advised me I could order a X3 M40i and would… receive it in approximately one month. From building my vehicle online, submitting it to Chris, giving my deposit to dealership and receiving a production number was 64 minutes!!!!! All this was done though phone calls and texts while I was at home. This was by far the easiest vehicle order I have ever done. The order was placed on November 24th, 2021 and the dealership received my SUV on December 23th, 2021!!!!!!! I mean WOW…….how can you place a custom order for a vehicle and receive it in one month during the two biggest holidays in the United States! Maybe I was lucky or maybe it shows the professionalism, dedication, quality and importance customer service is to BMW of Traverse City and BMW USA. When I arrived at BMW of Traverse City my X3 was inside the delivery room and I was met by Joe and Patrick. Both were very friendly, eager and knowledgeable while I was looking at my BEAUTIFUL X3 M40i. I then completed all my finance paperwork with Joe which already had everything ready when I arrived. Joe explained and clarified all the documents and made this so simple and streamlined. Patrick then gave me the grand tour of the X3 and helped with setting up all the features. All together I was at the dealership 45 minutes and most of that time was getting to know each other and the new X3. I can not stress enough how simple and easy this BMW purchase was (This was my second new BMW purchase). I loved the size of the dealership and personal attention I received from this very friendly dealer. I wish I lived closer to BMW of Traverse City instead of the non personable BMW dealers around me in SE Michigan. Please make sure that Chris, Joe and Patrick receive recognition, excellent performance reviews or any other avenues to show them my sincere appreciation of the outstanding custom ordering, financing and delivery experience I had with them!
