Chris was fabulous from the moment I talked with him on the phone about the vehicle, until the minute I drive off the dealership lot with my new convertible! He’s an outstanding sales person, strike that, he’s simply an outstanding PERSON, which makes him naturally a superb sales person. He’s as good as it gets. No pressure, trustworthy and informative. He takes time to build a “sincere” relationship with the customer. That’s a rare find these days. I honestly felt like I was working with my brother making this fairly large purchase. Also, Michael in Finance was wonderful to work with as was Nicole who helped me out with the technical aspects of the BMW, etc. I have worked with more dealerships then I can recall over many years and have never has such a positive and fun buying experience. Ever. I’ve already told 3 people about the wonders of Chris at Fox BMW! We will be buying from Fox BMW well into the future!
