Despite the challenges in getting a vehicle, Nicole did a good job of setting expectations and keeping me informed. The closing experience was excellent; and, Patrick did a great job running me through the bells and whistles of the vehicle. The technology is amazing and a bit overwhelming compared to my previous car and rental cars that I have driven.
