Great service and a very clean facility

Ken Matthews Service Advisor BMW explained what services had been completed. He was very thorough in explaining what had been done and other services that were needed. Took his time in explaining what was needed and other services that could be done at a later date. I appreciated his thoroughness. Excellent job well done.

Fantastic Experience Once Again

The service department at BMW of Traverse City is far and away the best in the business. Having the service manager come out and walk through my vehicle inspection point by point is a hallmark of your dealership. The level of care and detail is above all others I have dealt with. My salesman chatted with me while I waited. The receptionist could not have been more helpful or friendly. This dealership is what others should model themselves after. It is so refreshing to have a "car guy" talk to me about my car like he would talk about his own. I tell everyone I can about you good people and will continue to do so. Thank you to everyone in this organization!
