She went over the paper work thoroughly, going over every detail of the sale and answering my… questions as well. When going over the features of the vehicle she was very thorough, she made certain she described every feature and welcomed a return demonstration. The Crest staff are always courteous and helpful, I am always offered refreshments and asked if I'm being helped by staff. I was able to take my time choosing the color I liked, I never felt rushed, my sales person makes me feel very important. Crest is the only Lincoln dealer that I use for service because the staff provides professional service.Pleased

Always courtious, friendly, service is prompt and a great common area if you need to wait. That being said, I will need to… go back for a Hi beam malfunction, this was probably resulted because of the recall issue that was addressed. Not a big deal, and wouldn't hold it against them. The fact that the car is leased we need to turn it in this year in the same working order as we received it.Great Service! Great Sales Associate !
