Crest Lincoln

I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. My sales person was very helpful explaining the plan and what was needed from me to make the sale happen. She went over the paper work thoroughly, going over every detail of the sale and answering my questions as well. When going over the features of the vehicle she was very thorough, she made certain she described every feature and welcomed a return demonstration. The Crest staff are always courteous and helpful, I am always offered refreshments and asked if I'm being helped by staff. I was able to take my time choosing the color I liked, I never felt rushed, my sales person makes me feel very important. Crest is the only Lincoln dealer that I use for service because the staff provides professional service.
