We purchased a 2016 MKZ. Shannon was outstanding during the entire process. She was extremely patient and took her time explaining all the options available and the cars on the lot or close by to show us. During the delivery she spent as much time as we needed to learn all the controls on the car and again was very patient. She really did a great job and I'll recommend her to friends for sure!!!
