by Tony Chambers on 07/11/2025My ‘25 Hummer needed emergency service. It was returned dirty, without wiper fluid, and with a substantial crack/ chip in the windshield. Service manager Brandon essentially told me I was out of luck. I was also charged for delivery of my… car because I was “out of their range” for delivery. Repair after vandalism

Oil change
by Brenda Brown on 12/11/2023Had another great experience at Mcdonalds getting my oil change staff were helpful remind you guys im on crutches wit a neck brace and they really were at my service frfr my oil change was quiccker then i thought and i got a good price… fluids got filled n got some needed info for my next visit about my truck thanks guys appreciate the courtesy please have some courtesy beverages like soda n warm popcorn i miss them daysWe're glad to hear you found our staff was so knowledgeable and helpful! If they can’t accommodate on that specific day, I’m sure they will keep trying on the next day until you are satisfied. I had my 2019… Chevy Silverado there for a little over two months. They contacted me every week with an update even though it was the same update “we are still waiting on your parts, have a great weekend”. They made the loaner process a breeze. The whole team was A+!!!Thanks! We always want to hear back from our clients and we're glad you had such a positive experience with us! Great service

They have always been open and honest, never pushy when it comes to services that my vehicles need. This last weekend when I took my car in for an… oil change, Neil was particularly busy and was working alone. He was helping another customer and was very kind and courteous to both of us, and was providing great customer service the entire time. So incredibly grateful
by Tavey Campbell on 04/20/2023Zach was the service tech that I worked directly with by phone the entire time and I know another key person was involved including the amazing people making sure my vehicle was picked up and dropped at work. My gratefulness is through… the roof. I'm at work, my daughter has an away game, I'm trying to save for a birthday get away for her and I'm simply one person with smoke coming from under the hood. Can't take time off work, no rides, I'm pinching every penny and now the vehicle has issues (what doesn't?) However Zach and his amazing and I mean amazing team really saved the day. They had all the pieces fit so that I can keep on doing my two jobs as well. I'm never forget how grateful I feel at this moment. This post doesn't come close to doing you folks justice. 🙏 Thank you! Not Big on “Levels of Importance”
by Nicole on 03/17/2023I’m giving 2 stars for my car being in the shop well over a month, not having access to it, and having to STILL pay my monthly payment on a vehicle not even in my custody, on top of the $1000 I basically paid for repairs (would have been… way more without insurance). There was a lot of confusion between the dealership and insurance, since all of our emails went right into a junk mailbox and was never seen until we told the service dept. to check their junk/spam. This was frustrating in itself because in my own personal life, if I can’t find an email I was told was sent, I automatically check my junk/spam to see if they’re waiting for me. The motivation to get the job done on my car was seemingly lost early on. I am a woman, and it genuinely feels like they wanted to all take advantage of me however they “thought” they could and have me be without a vehicle for OVER a month. Even though my car came from this dealership, I will probably seek service elsewhere that insurance recommends if there is ever a next time (hopefully not a next time tho).Hello, we regret to hear that your experience with us was not a more positive one. Oil & tires, oh my!

Today was just standard maintenance visit, but they have done all kinds of things in the past (we are on car #6 from them!) & we have honestly never been mislead or disappointed! Friendly, knowledgeable… & efficient…always! Great team keeps us coming back!We're glad to hear you found our staff was so knowledgeable and helpful! They put my tires on wrong

The person that took my car was great and helpful because went wrong… dealership and he got me in right awayThank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did.
