onPlease be patient with service department. There may be times to where things are out of their control. If they can’t accommodate on that specific day, I’m sure they will keep trying on the next day until you are satisfied. I had my 2019 Chevy Silverado there for a little over two months. They contacted me every week with an update even though it was the same update “we are still waiting on your parts, have a great weekend”. They made the loaner process a breeze. The whole team was A+!!!
