Dealership Service Review
I’m giving 2 stars for my car being in the shop well over a month, not having access to it, and having to STILL pay my monthly payment on a vehicle not even in my custody, on top of the $1000 I basically paid for repairs (would have been way more without insurance). There was a lot of confusion between the dealership and insurance, since all of our emails went right into a junk mailbox and was never seen until we told the service dept. to check their junk/spam. This was frustrating in itself because in my own personal life, if I can’t find an email I was told was sent, I automatically check my junk/spam to see if they’re waiting for me. The motivation to get the job done on my car was seemingly lost early on. I am a woman, and it genuinely feels like they wanted to all take advantage of me however they “thought” they could and have me be without a vehicle for OVER a month. Even though my car came from this dealership, I will probably seek service elsewhere that insurance recommends if there is ever a next time (hopefully not a next time tho).
