McDonald GMC

Zach was the service tech that I worked directly with by phone the entire time and I know another key person was involved including the amazing people making sure my vehicle was picked up and dropped at work. My gratefulness is through the roof. I'm at work, my daughter has an away game, I'm trying to save for a birthday get away for her and I'm simply one person with smoke coming from under the hood. Can't take time off work, no rides, I'm pinching every penny and now the vehicle has issues (what doesn't?) However Zach and his amazing and I mean amazing team really saved the day. They had all the pieces fit so that I can keep on doing my two jobs as well. I'm never forget how grateful I feel at this moment. This post doesn't come close to doing you folks justice. 🙏 Thank you!
