Quick and knowledgeable service department

Nice showroom to wait in and checkout new models. Anything that comes up this dealer makes… it right which is hard to find now.Thank you for the amazing review! First time customer for Cadillac and electric vehicle

My salesperson Kim was great she was very professional, efficient, personable and patient with all my questions before and after getting my new… electric Optiq. Andrew who delivered my car to my home and went over all the features was also great, knew the vehicle very well wasn't trying to rush me and answered all of my questions. Worse Service
by KenR on 04/07/2023The WORSE Service department I’ve seen in my 45 years of buying cars! certainty sub-par by Cadillac standards. Better Service at the Chevy dealership. Service advisors that don't return calls for starts. In fact when you call, no one… answers, no operator so I wasn’t even able to talk to a cashier to find out how much my bill was. maybe because I was overcharged for diagnosis fees and it was missed diagnosed, after paying $600. I found that the problem was not resolved. I Return the car and after a day was handed a bill for a second diagnoses fee. I complained, and it was dropped. Got in the Car and not only was the problem not resolved, but the info system was now Blank. I was told By the Service advisor that the best that they could do was to put in a new $1600.00 System ( They lost , misplaced, or failed to enter the extended warranty info I gave them). I took the car over to the Chevy Dealer who takes care of my truck. 7 hours later the problems were resolved, After a small Co pay the car is fine. (No new info system ) If my car breaks down in front of this dealer, I’m paying whatever out of pocket necessary to tow it to another dealer. Piss Poor Service… period.Mr. Rankin, We are sorry to hear of your frustration and are trying to reach out to you to discuss it further. Replying to my Review, the Dealership stepped up, refunding my money and other costs involving my repairs. So I’m thinking this may be evidence of their intention to fix the the shortcomings I encountered. We will see… next oil change is on the horizon
