Dealership Service Review
The WORSE Service department I’ve seen in my 45 years of buying cars! certainty sub-par by Cadillac standards. Better Service at the Chevy dealership. Service advisors that don't return calls for starts. In fact when you call, no one answers, no operator so I wasn’t even able to talk to a cashier to find out how much my bill was. maybe because I was overcharged for diagnosis fees and it was missed diagnosed, after paying $600. I found that the problem was not resolved. I Return the car and after a day was handed a bill for a second diagnoses fee. I complained, and it was dropped. Got in the Car and not only was the problem not resolved, but the info system was now Blank. I was told By the Service advisor that the best that they could do was to put in a new $1600.00 System ( They lost , misplaced, or failed to enter the extended warranty info I gave them). I took the car over to the Chevy Dealer who takes care of my truck. 7 hours later the problems were resolved, After a small Co pay the car is fine. (No new info system ) If my car breaks down in front of this dealer, I’m paying whatever out of pocket necessary to tow it to another dealer. Piss Poor Service… period.
