Superb Service!

He was very attentive to my request - including running to the service bay when I had an additional request after the work had started. The… family was happy to see a serviced car that had also been washed and cleaned! I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Natick for all your service and care purchase needs!Excellent service and repair

Unplanned issue solved
by RMH on 12/01/2023I went in without an appointment due to punctured tire. Jason verified they had the correct tire in stock since the old one couldn’t be patched. The problem was taken care of while I waited. Everyone, as usual, was extremely pleasant and… helpful.We're glad to know that Jason and our team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick were able to assist you promptly. Loved the Sales, Hate the Servie
by Nina on 10/19/2023I had a great experience with Nick my sales agent, but beyond that: So when I bought this car, I bought a "3 year service package." I drive ridiculous amounts due to the nature of my job. At my 3rd service appointment, which I was… doing a a dealership closer to me, I was informed that I had too many miles on my car and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. 400.00 They told me that the business manager had done my contract incorrectly, and that I would have to call them. So I did. He explained to me at this point, that because I had put 30k (in less than a year) on my car, that I had exceeded the 3 year mileage, and they would not give me my last paid for visit. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that the manager would call me. He did not. I called again, and was told that the sales manager would call me back in an hour. He did not. I called a third time, and spoke to the general manager, after waiting 3 hours for the promised 1 hour callback. I explained the situation, and then he agreed, that they were not used to be driving as much as I do, so it was a misstep. All I asked for was my third paid for service, and he said done. Today, I took that car in for the service, got the loaner and was on to my work day, when I was called and told that they would not honor what I was told, and he'd said because of my mileage that I could only have a 20% discount. I called the other dealership, closer to home, and went back to get my car. Took it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and they serviced it same day as a courtesy while giving me hot tea. While I was there, I priced out my next car, because I don't want anything in my life that even makes me think of Natick.Thank you for the review, Nina. It's clear we've fallen short of our goal to provide exceptional customer care and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience that's occurred as a result. Because it was late in a Friday afternoon, and we hadn’t eliminated repairing the car, Brian took all pressure off. He… offered to keep the car til Monday for us to make our decision. We bought a new car, later in the afternoon, and Brian was another big part of our terrific Chambers experience. We’ve been customers for 35 years! by Red GLA on 09/14/2022This is a review of the MB Natick service department… excellent intake at 7am.., communication with the service department—they needed a few special parts and rescheduled the pickup for the next day which actually happened! Everything was… perfect. I used to go to MB Somerville (which was also excellent) but this is more convenient and so far, I’d say even better!Professional and efficient service

Expensive experience
