This is a review of the MB Natick service department… excellent intake at 7am.., communication with the service department—they needed a few special parts and rescheduled the pickup for the next day which actually happened! Everything was perfect. I used to go to MB Somerville (which was also excellent) but this is more convenient and so far, I’d say even better!
