Michael Whitsett was very patient with us. I was looking at a new Pilot to replace my 2017 totaled in a recent accident. He walked me through the features and was very understanding when I decided to go with a 2021 that was almost exactly like my 2017. I love my "new" Honda Pilot aka Storm Trooper

    We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot from Lia Honda in Northampton Mass and from start to finish it was a pleasure throughout the whole purchase. Ray Becker went above and beyond with customer service as well as being treated with respect. This is about the 4/5th car we purchased from Lia. Service Department has been Super as well. We look forward to another 11 years of Honda quality and dependability. Great job keep up the good work. Regards

    I stopped in for an oil change with no appointment and was taken in immediately. Michael set it up, and 20 minutes later came and told me it was done. Quick, easy, as expected. He reminded me of some upcoming service needs and I will bring my Accord back for those services when my time allows it.

    I needed new wheels for my vehicle and the service tech Matt was able to get them ordered in a timely fashion. They put the customer first and gave the car a good once over once I put the new wheels on.

    Kassidy Clapper in service was excellent in handling the repairs associated with an insurance claim on my Honda Fit. The insurance company process was extremely long and cumbersome but Kassidy kept me up to date with calls and emails. She saved me over the holidays by providing a loaner car. Friendly and helpful!

    Gerson Alfaro was a great help in setting our family up with an affordable lease on a new Honda after our 2007 Prius hybrid battery failed and cost more to repair than the current value of the car. He worked with us on finding something that matched our needs in terms of space and safety, as well as our budget and he was never pushy or seemingly desperate. We were also in the middle of moving our apartment so it was an extra stressful situation for us. It was really important that Gerson was so friendly, but also laid back with us throughout the process.

    Great service from Desiree Frank at Lia Honda. I have been going there for a few years now and I always try to select her as my service technician when I can she doesn’t beat around the bush and she always recommends the best deals any problems I have she takes care of!

    I've purchased 4 new cars from this dealership; 5 including the time it was Northampton Honda in the 1990s. The sales experience has always been relatively good, providing you know what you want and have done your homework and research before going in to dicker. In most cases, I could have saved a few extra bucks from a larger dealership in Springfield but I prefer to buy local and have my cars serviced by the dealer I purchase them from.

    If you are a woman who is looking for a Service Advisor who understands your language then Desiree Frank at Lia Honda is the person for you. She is highly knowledgeable about the service that my vehicle needed. She explained the 60K checklist and called me promptly when it was discovered we needed new breaks. Our Honda Odyssey is now five years old and has needed minimal servicing over these years. One of the reasons that we keep coming back to Lia is the way that we are treated and the communications are fantastic between the service department and me an 82-year-old woman who has "been around the block" a few times. I am not made to feel stupid and appreciate the honesty with which they communicate with me. We have been dealing with Lia Honda for over 10 years.

    I needed an affordable and reliable car that didn't break the bank. I had my eyes on a few models, the Kona, the HR-V, and the Crosstrek. Having purchased many cars in the past, I was hoping to avoid the usual up-sell rigamarole common at car dealers. At about noon I walked in to the dealership, I told Brian Kane exactly what I wanted, and he heard me! By 3 p.m. I had a new Honda. No up-sell, no painful back-and-forth with the sales manager, and no headaches. Brian is a professional who cares about customer service. I am thrilled with my HR-V and with Lia Honda. Kudos, Brian!
