My 1st Experience …. Hyundai of Auburn
Had to purchase another vehicle
by IBRivera on 07/09/2025I bought an 2017 SUV in March. I took it to the dealership for oil change and that morning all the dash lights came on. I wasn’t worried cause I had gotten the extended warranty for the vehicle. Unfortunately the warranty did not cover… what was wrong with the car. It was going to cost me more than the vehicle was worth to get it fixed. So the next best thing was finding a vehicle similar to the price. I have to say that Marty and Peter are the very best. They were so caring and showed real concern for my situation. I would recommend them everyday and twice on Sunday.Thank you for the glowing review and recommendation! I recieved texts to keep me informed. Car was ready in little less than… 1 hour. Very impressed. by Santiago Nieves Jr on 04/14/2025I had to ask if they did my tire rotation during my oil change. I had a lock in my tires, they never ask me for the key. She said that they have a master key. I’m hoping and praying they rotate my tires. In the past, other dealers never… rotated my tires. During the video review, the mechanic should also show and explain what are they doing to my car. Instead of Just showing the air and cabin filters. FYI Herb Chambers should have the own car wash or give us a free car wash elsewhere.Santiago, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I took out my card to pay the amount I was quoted. Imagine my surprise when she said, " Put your… card away. There's no charge. " I was so surprised that after my appointment, I treated myself to a lovely breakfast, something I hadn't done in months. Najee was extremely accommodating across the board. Brenden was a… true professional who very clearly knew everything about the product line as well as how to engage with a well educated customer. As for the finance integration, Nha was both knowledgeable as well as extremely respectful of my time and needs. As this is my wife’s 1st Hyundai, quite honestly, I was not sure what type of experience we would encounter. Suffice it to say, the experience was fabulous defining my rating of 10’s across the board. So if you are in the market for a Palasade or any other model, Herb Chambers of Auburn should be on your list! Transport services needed

Also was initially told service would take 1.5 hr but ended up being much longerThank you for sharing your feedback. Very accommodating
by Jane P on 01/08/2025On my way home from work I noticed one of my headlights was out. I stopped into herb chambers asi was already driving by. It was about 4:30 and they close at 5. I asked if they would be able to change my headlight. They said sure and took… my car into the garage. A couple minutes later Joshua came out and told me they didn’t have the correct bulb, but they would get one the next day, and I was to stop in after work then. So I got there the next day, they remembered me, and 10 minutes later I was on my way home!Jane, we're so glad our team at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn could assist you promptly with your headlight issue. Night Drop?

Tech contacted at opening next morning, with his contact info and plan to get car in & checked out. By late… afternoon learned -to our great relief -a fixable transmission line break was the issue. Midday next day back on the road at, we thought, very reasonable cost. Courteous, prompt response and updates took much of the stress out of contemplating the demise of our 13 1/2 year old Hyundai.Thank you for sharing your experience with Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn!
