I was in for a scheduled oil change. When I called to make the appointment, I was quoted a price. When Brittany brought over my paperwork. I took out my card to pay the amount I was quoted. Imagine my surprise when she said, " Put your card away. There's no charge. " I was so surprised that after my appointment, I treated myself to a lovely breakfast, something I hadn't done in months. Thank you, Brittany!!!!
