Took care of me right away, sat me down.

onI had to ask if they did my tire rotation during my oil change. I had a lock in my tires, they never ask me for the key. She said that they have a master key. I’m hoping and praying they rotate my tires. In the past, other dealers never rotated my tires. During the video review, the mechanic should also show and explain what are they doing to my car. Instead of Just showing the air and cabin filters. FYI Herb Chambers should have the own car wash or give us a free car wash elsewhere.
