    Recently had my transmission fluid and filter changed. Sarat picked up my vehicle on time and returned it to me within a few hours. I have used Sarat Ford for servicing my vehicle since it was new back in 2016. Vehicle still running like new thanks to Sarat .

    I brought my Lincoln navigator to Sarat Ford for warranty work car wasn’t shifting correctly. Sarat Ford got me right in had a loaner car waiting for me. Addressed all of my concerns. My car runs fantastic now Sarat Ford is my dealer that I choose to go to for all of my Ford and Lincoln repairs.

    Took two hours for The Works. Usually can get done in 1 hour. Were told when appt was made and upon arrival we would be waiting. Asked for my husbands name, called for Karen. I wasn’t there. Asked a car starter question, had to ask it twice. Not the greatest customer service experience. Never apologized for the long period of time. My husband arrived on time.

    Asked for 50,000 mile service check not done, asked for clicking noise to be checked told it was my rotors they were rotting but breaks were fine (8 months ago they told me breaks were almost gone guess that wasn't true) asked for back latch to be checked since it would not open most of the time they said working but would replace for 500. I asked about my warranty coverage told no then I asked him to recheck and low and behold it was covered. Also asked for them to check my wipers since they come on by themselves, didn't check. I had to keep calling cause I was not informed about status. Then I was asked to pay 100 for deductible on warranty work. Never got a receipt for my payment and the paperwork said I paid 25.00. Did I get ripped off for 75.00????? This is the 2nd bad experience. My husband was done after the first. Will never go there again. Also when I was looking for this vehicle I did plan to buy at dealership and when I went to look and wanted to test drive the vehicle the Lincoln sales rep told me to come back with my husband then I could test drive. Needless to say it was my car not my husbands, when I got home and told my husband he replied F them and we went to another dealer and bought the car.

    Overall, Sarat has been my go to for purchasing and service. I cannot recall a bad experience. However, my most recent visit was for and oil change and a couple of small sensor diagnostic issues. Long story short, my truck was there for three days for just an oil change. I was told there were no technicians available over this three day period to take a look at the sensor issue. Also, I was very detailed when I made the appointment about the felt skid pan being torn and needing to be replaced, and after three days and no phone calls about it, when I picked the truck up I was told they “could” order a skid pan and replace it at another appointment. Not sure why they didn’t call on day one or two or even the morning of day three to explain this. Also not sure why they didn’t just do it, when I told them this was an issue I wanted repaired. I will continue to use and recommend Sarat Ford, I’m just disappointed in this most recent visit.

    Services cost me over $1K. Asked to diagnose squeak in wheels. Still there 😖. They said I needed new wipers. They are less than a yr old. That means they never even checked. What else goes unchecked??

    What a transformation. Over the last 2 years I have seen a transformation take place in the Service Dept. I use to to feel in trepidation and intimidation walking into the service dept. I would feel like I was putting them out because they had to do their job. Not anymore at least not the last 3 times I have been there this year. My experience was the opposite. Marley was the best. Pleasant, helpful and courteous. Thank you! Still a few there but I just don’t go to their desk.
