Took two hours for The Works. Usually can get done in 1 hour. Were told when appt was made and upon arrival we would be waiting. Asked for my husbands name, called for Karen. I wasn’t there. Asked a car starter question, had to ask it twice. Not the greatest customer service experience. Never apologized for the long period of time. My husband arrived on time.
