I have had wonderful experiences and with this third lease, a 2018 BMW 430i, it was not any different. Karen Herbert and her sales manager Joanna McCarthy, and… Anthony Lucas in finance , were all very professional, friendly and went beyond the call of duty to find the car I wanted with the price I wanted to pay. Karen had been keeping an eye on cars for me for a couple of months. She kept her promise that when my lease was eligible for renewal, she'd be there to assist me. I was in a rush because it was a gift for my daughter and I wanted to make sure she had it right after… graduation. Andy made sure all paperwork was together and ready when I arrived. Excellent Experience
by RonFrank on 05/28/2018Drove down from NJ to meet my son interested in a Certified Pre-owned BMW. I meet with Karen before he arrived and having no experience with BMWs she explained the difference between the cars we we interested in. She has been with BMW for… over 17 years and is very knowledgeable. After meeting with her I felt very comfortable about his choice and we immediately purchased the car. The price was great and trade in value for my son's car was reasonable. No stress or pressure to buy the car or purchase any of the additional options (maintenance, tire hazard plan, extended warranty). Each option was clearly explained so we can make the right decision. The only stress we experienced was cleaning out his old car in the parking lot. Overall a pleasurable experience and I would personally consider driving down from NJ to purchase a BMW from Karen and the dealership, especially since they can title the car in any state. Karen even took a few minutes to pair my son's phone to his new car before he left the dealership.That is great service!Thanks for leaving this great review about your experience with us! Excellent Experience with Dave Strassman

He and Michael Bolger was able to find me an allocation for my car to built and… kept me in the loop during the production process through delivery. During delivery, Dave took the time to cover the cars many features and was able to have me leave happy and informed. Worth traveling cross state lines!

After visiting a BMW dealership in my area, I was disappointed in the unfriendly and uncooperative salesman who completely lacked enthusiasm to help me make a purchase. Exceeded Expectations!

From start to finish the whole process was easy.. so easy that it my boyfriend was mad that he didn't have anything to be mad about..lol! Our BMW Genius John took… us on what was easily the best, most amusing and informative test drive of our lives. Karen, our Sales Associate, was really nice and made the whole process a snap. There was very little back and forth on price because the car was amazing, CPO Estoril Blue 428i Grand Coupe, and we settled on a very fair price quickly. Tony really did deliver lightening speed financing. We came in after 6pm on a Wednesday evening and despite us keeping them there well past closing we never felt rushed. My boyfriend loves his new ride and they have two new customers for life!We are delighted your purchasing experience with John, Karen, and Tony far exceeded your expectations. She was super quick in getting back to me, seemed upbeat and personable, and clearly went the extra mile to get me both the vehicle I was interested in and the… price I wanted. She spent a good bit of time on the phone with me making sure she had all the information that could help with rebates and incentives, and overall was super helpful!
