Wonderful BMW Dealer and Staff

Karen did an outstanding job working with us on the purchase of the new BMW. We were able to meet, discuss, details and walk out with the keys on the same day. I was able to reach out beforehand and schedule time with her. When I was running late for the initial appointment, Karen made sure that when I arrived, everything was in place to testdrive the car. She has a wealth of knowledge about BMW and was able to answer all our questions on the spot. Thank you, Karen, for the time you spent with us during the purchasing process as well as the follow-ups after purchase! Overall wonderful experience with Karen and BMW of Silver Spring.
