Working with Andy was great. Andy and I started with a chat on their website. He was extremely professional and very accommodating. I was in a rush because it was a gift for my daughter and I wanted to make sure she had it right after graduation. Andy made sure all paperwork was together and ready when I arrived. He even helped with the surprise for my daughter. This was my second purchase from BMW of Silver Spring and first time working with Andy. I would definitley work with him again!!
